Shipflee Logistics Pvt. Ltd. • Last Updated: September 2026

We at Shipflee Logistics Pvt. Ltd. consider customer and merchant trust as our top priority. Our users trust us with some of their most sensitive logistics and transaction details. This Privacy Policy informs you of our standards regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and shipping data when you use our Services.

1. What Data Do We Collect?

While using our logistics aggregation platform, we may collect personally identifiable information (PII) necessary for parcel bookings, verification, billing, and transit communications, including but not limited to:

  • Contact Information: Full Name, Email Address, Primary Phone Number, and WhatsApp contact.
  • Address Details: Sender (pickup) and consignee (delivery) addresses, landmarks, city, state, and pincode.
  • KYC & Verification Documents: Government ID details (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or GSTIN) where required by courier partners and regulatory compliance.
  • Shipment Information: Parcel weight, box dimensions, item description, declared parcel value, invoice number, and tracking AWBs.
  • Payment & Wallet Data: Digital transaction IDs, prepaid wallet balances, and refund destination details. (Credit/debit card details are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and are never stored on Shipflee servers).

2. How Do We Collect Your Data?

We collect data through several direct and automated touchpoints:

  • Web forms during user registration, profile setup, and shipment order creation.
  • Application programming interfaces (APIs) integrated with your eCommerce storefronts.
  • Automated pickup and tracking status webhooks received from integrated delivery partners.

3. Why Do We Collect Your Data?

We use the collected information strictly for operational and service delivery purposes:

  • To generate shipping labels, barcodes, and manifests for parcel transportation and courier handovers.
  • To transmit live tracking updates, dispatch milestones, and delivery notifications to consignors and consignees via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
  • To verify delivery addresses and resolve non-delivery reports (NDR) to mitigate Return-to-Origin (RTO) delays.
  • To reconcile digital wallet balances, handle automated refunds on pre-dispatch cancellations, and process cash-on-delivery (COD) payouts.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent bookings, contraband dispatches, and unauthorized account access.
  • To evaluate, optimize, and enhance website performance, API response latencies, and customer support efficiency.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

We retain your personal and transaction information for as long as required to fulfill the shipping services requested, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with taxation, auditing, technical, and regulatory requirements, or to resolve parcel claims and dispute settlements.

5. How Do We Secure Your Data?

Shipflee enforces multi-layered administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and transaction information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. All web traffic is encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS) protocols.

Application data, authentication tokens, and infrastructure are isolated and monitored with role-based access controls. Note that physical shipping labels affixed to packages may display sender and recipient contact information as required by carrier handling and delivery personnel.

6. Sharing with Integrated Delivery Partners

To complete parcel pickups, inter-city linehaul, and last-mile doorstep deliveries, necessary consignment details (including pickup/delivery addresses, package weight, and consignee phone number) are transmitted securely to our integrated delivery partners or logistics carriers (such as Delhivery, Ekart, etc.). These partners are contractually obligated to use this data solely for fulfilling parcel delivery.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update Shipflee's Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological, operational, or legal developments. Revised policies are posted directly on this page with an updated timestamp. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Definitions

  • Consignor: The entity, merchant, or individual who books and delivers a parcel for transportation.
  • Consignee: The recipient individual or firm to whom the shipment is addressed.
